if it can be a deterrent or at least stop wild shootings where innocent people get hurt then so be it

That's not how it works breh. Poverty will always come with crime these cameras ain't fixing that. All that money spent on police gear, jails and cameras could be spent on better things like schools, job training and outlets for the youth. The response to crime is what separates us. White folks always take rehibilation measures when dealing with their own.

There are many other reasons why crime could be down
