The who idea of law enforcement can lead to systematic problems and abuses. Cops, have little to nothing to keep them honest.

For the most part you're right. In the cell phone era though, its much easier to catch them slipping and actually hold the evidence that you need to do something about it.

MGPD is a very corrupt division since its inception in 2010. The police department hires a revolving door of law enforcement officers who they will quickly fire or the officers quit due to the job circumstance and the fact that they have to incorporate the City of Opa Locka as jurisdiction makes it even more of a sess pool of fukkery that is going on.
