Somebody has to be on the block. We have so much depth right now :jbhmm:
We're going to need that depth when we play into another COVID season. I like where we're at with this roster. The amount of quality wings we have is pretty exciting.

I wonder how long it will take for this team to gel though. I don't expect us to play playoff-caliber basketball until like at least a month or so into the season. Expect some growing pains while this team figures each other out.

Who/what could we even trade for?

We're legit 4 deep at every position with a serviceable player at worst. Only feasibly tradable players currently on the roster are Huerter and Collins, with Goodwin and Fernando being too unproven to be more than filler in a trade. What one player could we trade 2-3 of those names for that would be worth it for us? If you trade one of them for picks, you're objectively hurting our chances this year while setting yourself up to be in the same dilemma next season. We need to just keep the squad intact and give nikkas 48 minutes of hell every game :wow:

Agreed. No one will be on the block for this season. Now, after the season, for a Giannis SnT or for Bradley Beal, you never know.

The opportunity is definitely there. We are so deep, we could afford to give 2 young pieces, a veteran, and okc 1st. We also have all of our picks. Our roster wouldn't be thin after making a trade like that

Things are lining up well, but we still have to play well to become a destination a star would desire to play
