I get why Taker wouldn't be considered (He was a babyface most of his career, so the shyt he does got a 'pass'), but I don't get HOW Taker wouldn't be considered.

The man set his brother on fire 2-3 times (one being while they were children), locked people in caskets, tried to embalm Steve Austin after drugging him, jumped/drugged/kidnapped people and forcibly made them join his satanic cult, tried to force the Boss' 22-year-old daughter into an unholy marriage, hanged people, crippled people, tied people to crosses to "Sacrifice" them, killed Muhammad Hassan, beat the DOG shyt out of David Flair and implied he'd do the same (or worse ) to Charlotte after, encased a dying Paul Bearer in a cement prison, spent the summer of '98 trying to murder Mick Foley...
