Spiderman should be there just because of his reflexes and spidersense but after 10 years I don't think he ever learned how to fight.

Yeah, it's been shown that Spidey doesn't actually know how to fight and his fighting style only works because of his powers and reflexes. His fighting style would be awful for a normal person to use; dude basically telegraphs everything and wastes a lot of energy on unnecessary movements.
