Batman's H2H is overrated, he's good but he's not THAT good. He's top 10 in his universe. I'd put Stroke, Shiva, Cass, Tiger and Dragon above him. As far as Marvel, it would be something like....

Deadpool was originally top tier & probably the only dude could straight out beat Taskmaster but due to story they always water down his technical skills in favor of insanity & randomness.... i got books he sonned Wolverine, no craziness, just skills, treated dude like a child...

Erik Kilmonger is another one but he's like a genetic freak, an unempowered dude who can give BP the beats and has fought Deapool(an enhanced mutant) to a draw . He's more like what Bo Jackson would be if he were a fighter.
