I don't think it is a secret that Black people in the workplace in CA face widespread discrimination, especially in wherehouse jobs.

It also isn't a secret that Latinos practice racism & discrimination when in positions of power or where they they are the majority in the workplace.

However, those people don't speak for the majority nor does it mean that the majority harbors such practices.

I do believe that hitting these companies in the pockets along with putting these companies on front street will help Black workers get fair treatment. I also believe that Black workers should strive to join unions as well as become entrepreneurs, if possible.

Lastly, I work around many Latinos and I haven't had any issues. Perhaps it is because I am in a union, but I believe it is because of the way I carry myself as well as my work ethic. But, of course, those who have issues with Black people have issues which isn't my problem nor concern. As long as they don't cross boundaries, then they can feel howevrr they wanna feel.
