I stopped watching Cartoons when Spongebob became popular. I thought that shyt was trash.
this is what its coming to...and its 'cable' tv's fault...forcing people to buy packages to get the one channel they actually want.
if you divorce yourself from live sports...its not bad at all...and cheaper
True. For sports I actually just watch that shyt online or go to a bar/friend's house. I watched March Madness online and the superbowl. Of course not all games are online, but the big ones are
That stream quality is terrible bruh. nikkas watching the playoffs on sopcast.
You can't just turn on the Heat game tonight?

i'm getting scared of this fragmentation. i want all my shyt in one place. i don't wanna buy 15 subscriptions and shyt. thank god for internet "borrowing" though
The main problem Netflix is gonna have is in terms of content. As streaming online cone tent becomes more popular the rights to certain content is going to become more expensive. Also because premium cable channels have their own streaming service netflix will never have some of the more popular shows (Game of Thrones, Dexter, Boardwalk Empire).
I will say it was a stroke of brilliance for Netflix to start streaming their own original series. Moving forward they need to diversify their original series content and somehow expand their library of older feature.
Between Netflix and Roku cable/satellite providers should be shook.
shook of what? Satelitte is generally cheaper than cable, cable ain't went nowhere yet. Until streaming becomes stable cable will always be superior
