This is a hell of an idea low key lol. Id be going to league offices on some Lemon Law shyt. Non contact, no jerk motion, just regular movement.Dallas should've just cancelled the trade and blamed the physical![]()
I'm starting to think that stop and go shyt is what's getting players injured. Dudes sit out so much and constantly go 3-5 days without full contact basketball. That shyt can't be healthy. It's proven that the current day players are injured A LOT more and play a lot less, even when not injured. I bet some teams go soft as hell in practice, and stretching, and conditioning, and building muscle. If the highest paid nikkas constantly get told to not work, they wouldn't mind hiring low quality strength and conditioning folks.
The only thing to really change physically is the constant sitting of game stretches. I'm pretty sure most teams barely push it in practice either. If you look at teams with coaches who you know push them, those teams stay healthier. Multiple players missing weeks constantly doesn't happen with the Spurs or the Thunder or the Grizzlies. A LOT of dudes are getting hurt during basic motions. All of Ja shyt was from hard falls or bumps or twists. I can accept those, those are situational. Nowadays it's deep tissue and tendon shyt often as hell.
Did he not leave the game with a meat area injuryUpdate the thread title you bytch ass nxgga @DetroitEWarren
