I agree that there's something else going on causing you to eat to excess

But as far as what to do.... get a setup like this:

Home-Workout-Equipment-Bike-Magnetic-Trainer-Stand-Cycling-Fitness-Gym-Blue-New-5a94046e8c5ef._SL1500_

Just a cheap road bike and a magnetic trainer. Add a tall table to that so you can put a laptop on and work or fukk around. You ride that for 60-90 minutes a day and get control of your diet... you should be able to lose 1-2 lb a week no problem.

But yea do some soul searching, weight gain doesn't happen by accident.

I Actually have a spin bike that A co-worker sold to me for $60. However, because of my weight, I have constant lower back pain when I use it. It will definitely be a great tool for me once I drop some weight though

Your depressed...:francis:

And the fact that your using women as the barometer makes it worse...

The fact that you realize you need to bounce back is the 1st stepping stone...

Don't know your working hours...but I set at least 3 alarm rings 5 minutes apart...they have an alarm extreme app where you gotta type in a password to stop the ring...

Do jumping jacks after to get the blood flowing and head in the shower..

You should be good to go...

As for the eating:francis:

It's calories in and calories out.

I don't know how active you are on your job, but salads and sparkling water are gonna be your best friends...

On your days off, leave the car at home or take transportation to a certain point and walk the rest...

If you can find a park to jog in, do as much as you can and start off slow...
Get a Nike run app to keep track of your progress...

The weight will begin to fly off...

I'm not active at all on the job. I'm pretty much driving about 90% of the time. I work from about noon until whenever work slows down in the afternoon, and then I have a night route that I run from 8:30 p.m. until about 2 a.m.

I can't help but to use women as the barometer, because that's where I noticed the biggest difference. Ever since I gained the weight, all I'm hearing is excuses from a bunch of females as to why we can't see each other. Hoes used to give me keys to they apartment, now I'm constantly getting flaked on.

Women used to Slick start conversations with me when I was out in public, even when I was with another female. Now, that never happens. Now you just get excuses as to why you and a female can't see each other, women just walk around you, etc
It's hard to get that s*** out of your head.

Breh...what kind of hours are those:dwillhuh:
I work for myself. Those are the hours that I choose to put in, because I have debts that I want to pay off. My main gig is the route from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. that's enough to pay the bills, and give me a little bit of extra spending money. It's hard to schedule a workout at times. To make things worse, I have a huge problem with procrastination.

U have no margin for error with that kinda work life:huhldup:

You not gonna have to have a strict diet and calorie count...

If you need the extra bread, then do what you gotta do...but your weight issue will only get worse:francis:

So nikkas are really putting themselves to the grueling effort of eating disciplined and training hard af and a lot..

100% ONLY

for girls?
:dwillhuh:

Girls as a nice fukking side effect of being in shape: ok, makes sense
My life ain't shyt without girls so I need to get in shape and really work out, I ain't shyt without girls: wtf is wrong with you, where are your parents??
:birdman:

EDIT: OP now that I read some of the kinder feedback: every dude with game can hit a period of less girls, no girls and feeling like 'they lost it'. Thing is, this is crucial: it's a mental game. 'Whatever you say you are or aren't, you're right' comes to mind. Chubby guys pull fine hoes, when they have mad confidence, are funny and make her feel a certain way. So no it's not ALL about your weight. Of course when you get in shape and look good, the women will come easier because looks play a role but not the ONLY role.

You need to get right with yourself first. You need to become a priority in your life first. A higher priority than any girl, any woman. Because you can't be a good partner to no woman if you put her first, nah you got to be able to manager yourself properly before you can take care of anybody.

Talk to a PT. Ask your local gyms if you could have a chat with a nutritionist. These people are experts at getting you back in shape, even if you have a rough work schedule. Good luck brother, and I applaud you for being so open about what's bothering you - you'll be fine, no doubt.

I live in Atlanta, I'm going to be 28 next month, and I feel like I've been in a deep slump for the last couple of years. I had jumped up to 290lbs, and I feel like something has to be done before I hit 300. There was a time when I was about 5'11 - 6 ft about 200 lbs and 17% body fat. Not perfect, but I was working on it and felt great.
After gaining 90 lbs, I feel like this weight gain is really affecting my game, and destroying my self-esteem. I used to get approached by women, even on the low while I was out with a female already, but now due to my size, I have a hard time keeping a female's attention period.
Before, I was just moderately in shape, and not much else. I didn't have a car, I didn't have much money, I didn't have my own place, and I was working part time making minimum wage, and was pulling females like crazy, even had some chicks giving me keys to their apartment. Today, I'm not even getting a fraction of that success out here.
Any of you guys been in a slump like this before, or know anyone that has? What did you guys do to get out of it and get your health back in order?
Get a calendar to track your weight loss and eating habits. Something where you write down your progress. Can be an app on your smartphone. I like having it on paper though so I can look back and see trends.

290? You need to focus on not dying

Your cholesterol might be through the roof
I went to the doctor about 2 months ago, and my blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol were all great. I just need to lose some weight

I'm not losing weight strictly for females. Just like the way someone feels when they start losing weight, and you start getting more attention and compliments from females, when you gain weight, you often times no longer recieve that treatment, which can put you in a slump.

I want to lose weight mainly because my weight gain has made me uncomfortable doing the things that I love to do the most. Shopping for clothes, going out with friends to different social events, playing sports, Etc
