These numbers are not accurate or complete since the year isn’t over but there’s too many factors. If Xbox was available they’d have sold twice as many. These lists don’t take into account cloud subscriptions which circumvent the necessity for a console. Until you start adding those numbers you’re not accounting for 10s of millions of potential gamers who play more than anyone on a vr headset (the article itself confirms this)
I’ll use the analogy that applies… how many physical albums has Drake sold? Ignoring the digital part of the equation makes the equation incomplete and inaccurate.
