No BJ was an all star the year MJ retired and went and played baseball. That Bulls team had something to prove that year. Everyone was calling them the Jordanaires. It’s not the same as Moe Williams. Moe Williams made the allstar team in the 2008-2009 season.

The 2008-2009 Moe Williams scored 17 points 4 assists and 3 rebounds and 1 steal a game. Furthermore the Cavs finished number 1 in the regular season 66-16. Lebron had more than enough help around him to win. The Cavs just fell short to the Magic who was a smarter team and Dwight Howard was a beast that series.

Brother he averaged 38ppg that series. Meanwhile Mo Williams shot 37% from the field. :mjlol:

I’m not saying Lebron didn’t show up. I’m saying he had the pieces around him. The regular season stats and record speaks for itself. They just went against a better team. He still put up his same numbers in that series 18 4 and 3. The Magic was just too much for them. You give young MJ that team that year under them rule a he averaging 45 a game maybe 50. If that’s your team you score 60 do what you got to do to win.

LeBron was incredible and the team had shooting and played defense they had outstanding chemistry.

That version of Bron it’s a short list of players that impactful in the history of the game (Jordan, Jokic).

Too bad dikk suckers just want to tear down dude. :mjlol:

It's also too bad his fans discredit his teammates just to elevate him.

If Bron can win 80% of his games with a "sorry roster" why did he feel the need to team up with another top 5 player and top 15 player when small upgrades or even just joining a decent roster would have won him the title?

He was the goat right?
U wouldn’t play with your friends and move to Miami if you were 25? :mjlol:

He had every right to do what he did as a free agent. Miami was a sorry ass team in the years leading up to The Decision and he had no history with them. Nobody would have gave a shyt had he not made an event out of it.

I can’t say that because Michael Jordan went through the growing pains in the 80s to finally get over the Pistons. He dedicated himself to getting better, lifting weights doing whatever needed to be done. They swept that Pistons team.

Lebron was on a similar path going through the growing pains. He took that team to the finals against the Spurs and lost. To Lebron defense he needed at least one more piece around him. I dont think he should’ve left the Cavs for Miami.

The Cavs were good prior to him leaving they just needed one more piece. That piece not an aging Shaq either. The front office deserve blame for him leaving the first time. Lebron was great and he made the people around him better. He just left instead of getting that other piece he needed.

Y'all hyping up Anderson verajow now? :russ:
Andy was a good player and was recognized for his strengths (charges, hustle, rebounding, man to man post defense) and he had nice chemistry with LeBron on the P&R but he was always seen as a goof probably because of the hair and because he wasn’t offensively skilled.

A. That was a weak Eastern Conference. Bron stans and haters can agree on that. If the East were as talented as it is now, a similarly talented Cavs team probably would've struggled to get to 52 wins... and the East isn't even that talented now when compared to the West.
Not really. That team would still be dominant in the RS today off pure defense and chemistry. A 25 year old LeBron playing with the shooting and pace of today’s game is unfair and that team had the personnel to adjust to today’s playing style.

The Cavs dominated the West. They were 26-4 against the West in ‘09 and 23-7 in ‘10. In the year they made the Finals ‘07 they had a better winning % against the West than the East.

Too much stock is put into that shyt. A good team is a good team.

I think part of the problem he had such high expectations coming into the league, people wanted him to win right away. He needed one more piece around him not aging superstars washed up past their prime. I don’t think he should’ve went to MIA.

He then had even higher expectations and when they lost to the Mavs that still haunt him today but that Mavs team was deep. So if he would’ve just remained a Cav eventually he would’ve gotten over the what was holding himself back.

Those Cavs dominated the West.

And never forget LeBron had a 16-6 record against Kobe and the Lakers in his career.

And yet he left the Cavs lmao. They were a really good regular season team but who cares. And I’m not sure what you mean by dominated the West, they weren’t better than the top Western Conference teams as far as overall roster.

Read my post he went 26-4 against the West in ‘09 and 23-7 in ‘10 and had a better overall winning % against the West than the East in ‘07 and ‘08.

The only teams in the West that could actually fukk with a Bron-led team in a series were the Spurs and Lakers. You need defense to beat Bron.

Jordan got Scotty Pippen the best small forward in the NBA, that’s why he got over the hump

LeBron didn’t get a player of Pippens caliber till Dwade.
