Simplify. You know what you're talking about because you're presenting, but your audience might not. Make it as easily digestible for them as possible and be as visual as you can (diagrams, charts, etc) so everybody understands.

Yep I'm in Finance so there's going to be a lot charts. My issue stems from losing concentration whenever I look back at the powerpoint projection. That and an engaging introduction seems to be my biggest areas of improvement.

Know what you are talking about.
Don't underestimate your audience.
Have props and visual aids, but do not use these verbatim.
Speak clearly, enunciate and speak loudly.
Know what you are talking about.
Depending on the type of presentations, allow questions and engage your audience.
Don't take yourself extra serious.
Make eye contact.
Know what you are talking about.

Ironically, I talk better in front of dozens and hundreds than I do 5-10 people I know.

toastmasters...find a local group in your area and find out what times they meet up
i've been going the last 6 months. i gave a 2 hour presentation at work earlier in the week and I can tell its helped me improve tremendously. when they tape yourself at toastmasters and watch the details it gives you a different perspective on things.
