I thought BFG was today.

That's good news about changing the name to TNA, but they really need to do more for the rebranding. I think Impact is decent, but production value makes it feel cheap. I think if they're able to up the production value and feel. Then they might have a chance at this rebrand.

yall think they got any chance of signing ospreay, mercedes, or punk(if wwe really turned him down) :lupe:
No, no, and yes if WWE turned him down.

Impact/TNA pays less than AEW pays jobbers.

Ospreay is likely going to go with whoever gives him the most money. And AEW is going to offer the flexibility of not having to move to the US.

Though if WWE gives him a competitive offer financially with a really attractive creative pitch I could see him going there. There’s also the whole NXT Europe pitch they could do, but I don’t have any idea how close that is to coming to fruition. But you can’t really justify paying someone main roster star money like he has earned while parking them in NXT Europe after NXT UK was largely a failure.

Impact may be able to compete creatively and with the living situation but they’ll come nowhere remotely close on the money.

Mercedes, well who really knows with her, don’t see her wanting to go there for pennies on the dollar though. The creative will be better than AEW or WWE, and for some that’s bigger than the money, but the gap in money is massive.

Punk will have his choice of where to go but none are going to pay worth a damn compared to what he’s worth. Impact would likely be the best paying one though.

Are they gonna get a legit TV deal and rebrand back to the original TNA look? Otherwise I don’t see how this changes anything. I doubt they’ll reach the heights of the 2006-2011 TNA. I feel like most of that audience went to AEW.
