This is what I think about this episode:
Ok I'm hella late with watching this show but last minute p*ssy, burritos and Red Bull Magaritas can make a man lose track of time.... so here we go. I forgot this episode is an Open Fight Night Impact so I expect some fukkery.... speaking of fukkery is that Shaquille o'Neal?! What the hell Shaq doing in the Impact Zone? Last time I seen Shaq and Hoegan together was when Hoegan jumped ship to WCW and fought Ric Flair at Bash at the Beach... remember that? SMH at Shaq pretending that he cares about Aces and Eights, this is just weird, where's Rick Ross at to make another cameo appearance?
So the show starts off with Kurt Angle and AJ Styles flashing his custome made Roc-A-Fella symbol to face Chavo and Hernandez... the number one contender of the tag team champions vs the number one contender of the tag team champions. It's weird seeing Kurt Angle being in the tag team division, am I the only one think that Angle needs to win the Television Championship and have him defend it against the entire mid-card division raising the credibility of both the belt and mid-card wrestlers? Frankie Kazarian and Christopher Daniels looking on at the stage causing a distraction on both teams like a good comic book villain duo. Damn this match is crunk as hell, maybe Chavo coming to TNA wasn't a bad idee afterall. Chavo going to a flog splash but took to damn long... PELE Kick counter... welp here's the interference by Kaz and Daniels to get this match thrown out.
Kaz looks like Mac from It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, here comes Boss Hoegan blocking the exit with a baseball bat. Did Hoegan just make a Jay-Z reference?! Hoegan made the obivious decision by making a Triple Thread Match for the Tag Team Championship... should be a good match. Backstage Al Snow getting harrassed about his bad haircut and him punking out Joey Ryan, wondering when Head gonna make it's TNA debut? Another part backstage Hoegan on the phone with Joesph Park trying to get the evidence that Joesph and his bounty hunter skills aquired. Samoa Joe remembers the moment at Bound For Glory years ago when he lost the TNA World Heavyweight Championship to Sting, specifically the moment his dumbass decided to jump his fat ass out of a skybox to drop kick Sting damn near almost killing himself in the process... memories.
Time For GutCheck, this week its Evan Markopoulos trying for a TNA Contract. Look wise he looks 10 times better than Kris Lewie which is sad that we gotta now prey that rookies of today are above Kris Lewie level. Backstage Dixie Carter and Bruce Prichard talking out of sync still looking clueless about the Aces and Eights problem, seriously Dixie Carter is the most clueless boss in wrestling history. Back in the ring Evan Markopoulos is going to battle Doug Williams aka Thuglas Trilliams... Evan gonna get an old fashion stiff Euro beating. Evan's dad in the front row watchin his son getting beat down, I will say the crowd is heavily behind Evan for some strange reason. Taz on commentary telling shytty jokes as usual. Doug stretches Evam with a armtrapped headlock for the submission victory, Even shows potential, kinda has a underdog quality with him... if he gets a contract I wouldn't be mad.
Highlights of Robert Roode screwing James Storm at No Surrender because he was salty as hell. James Storm comes out a calls Roode a punk bytch, then proceeds to call him out. Robert Roode dressed in his best church suit saying that he ain't fighting Storm tonight and says that "Money" will forever be better than "Beer" and will continue to cockblock Storm's title shot chances... then proceeds to walk away. Boss Hoegan telling Roode he either fight Roode now or he'll never get another title shot or anymore money and he has 3 minutes to decide. *Dredd commerical break* Well Roode needs his money so he's gonna fight Storm in his suit like he's Ric Flair drunk on Smirnoff Ice. They are just brawling all over the place, is this even an offical match? Now theya re taking the fight backstage and out the door... WTF?!
Backstage Hoegan looking for Joseph Park, apparently his big ass is lost. Hoegan gets a phone call on his iPhone 4 from Aces and Eights, apparently they got a lawyer on their side as well LIKE A BAUCE but Hoegan ain't scurred cause Shaq got his back... get ready for some Shaq Fu! Another part backstage, Jeff looking like a goddamn loon talking to Austin Aries, once again Aries talking about Hardy's redemption and putting Jeff over as a megasuperstar like a good champion does but letting him know that TNA Heavyweight Championship ain't going nowhere.
MILF Tara comes out wearing all black mean muggin so I assume she's offically a heel now. Damn it Tara is using the typical "I hate the fans, you are not paying my bills!" route at turning heel, wait apparently Tara got a new man from Hollywood that made her turn heel... I guess good dikk will due that to a broad. Wait Tara is calling out Christie Hemme? I was wondering what happened to the traditional pan-ups, don't hurt TSC's favorite red-head... Swiggy gonna have a heart attack. Damn Tara snatching up Christie like this is county jail, here comes Tessmacher and Tara makes a classic heel cowardly escape. Madam Brooke Hoegan confused on the fact that Tara called out Christie on OPEN FIGHT NIGHT and Tara ain't scarred of Brooke.
Rob Van Dam remembers his hardcore matches with Abyss and Jerry Lynn at the past Bound For Glory ppvs, I swear these Bound For Glory highlights are random as hell but I give TNA props for hyping this ppv up. So apparetly TNA is gonna make the Television Champion defended on tv next week since we hadn't seen in defended on tv for THREE MONTHS! Boss Hoegan in the ring giving an update of the Aces and Eights debacle apparently they kidnapped Joseph Park making him drink beer and play cards. Apparenty Hoegan is going to the Aces and Eights' Clubhouse next week and wants Joeseph released. On the Dixietron the Aces' leader admits that Joseph was close to figuring out the Aces and Eights' secret so they proceed to smash Joseph's Acer computer... DAMN they hit Joseph upside the head with a hammer, apparently hitting nikkas upside the head with a hammer is the Aces and Eights' signature killmove. This is just a damn cartoon now.
The Greatest Man That Ever Lived Austin Aries wearing a badass cape comes out and showing a hint of jealously against Jeff Hardy and his popularity. So because Hardy defeated Bully Ray, A-Double calls out Bully Ray to fight. Bully Ray confused backstage that Austin called him out and threatens the fans. Damn Aries just dissed the fans as well, what the hell is going on? Is Aries turning heel, he is kinda acting like CM Punk with him wanting the fan's love and respect but the fans still cheer Aries... and I guess the match is offical because they are brawling.
Like all main events there's a referee bump as Austin gets Bully in the Last Chancery submission. Bully got his chain and knocks out Aries and gets the pin fall victory. This must be the 3rd time Aries got knocked out in the ring with a object, and now Bully is hugging it out with the referee. Something tells me the title match may become a three way match. Bully got the belt wanting to knock Aries out for the 4th time but Jeff Hardy makes the save but Aries didn't want Jeff to save him. I guess wanting respect is a shared ROH alumni trait, when will Paul Heyman come to TNA to become Austin Aries' manager, we'll find out next week.
