Bully was using a cutter in the WWE before Orton even debuted.
I don't understand the OFN concept. I thought it was pertaining to Gut Check originally and now BFG Series? But it's pretty much anyone can call out anyone? Like every other wrestling show?

The difference is that on OFN you can't refuse a challenge so when you are called out you have to wrestle. Currently the OFN challenges are only being used for the BFG series but ill presumably go back to being open challenges when the series is over.
And Gut Check is separate from the OFN challenges.
