They probably are looking for talent, but it's hard to attract the top tier indy talent because most of them still think they can make it to the WWE. I'm sure they don't want the stigma of being a "TNA guy" to hurt their chances of being signed.
I still think they should sign AR Fox even though he has a fukked up past. WWE isn't going to sign him, Japan hasn't called him back and Lucha Underground already has a bunch of flippy dudes like him so he won't be going there. Dude is killing himself doing all these crazy spots on the indies for nothing. All they'd have to do is put on a mask on him.
