While IT makes some good points, he won't be listened to because he goes overboard with his rants and obviously he doesn't make commercial music. If you really study how 2Pac transformed when he went to jail you will see he started to get it. Before he was making all the conscious songs (with much more swag and appeal than IT ever could) and he was a Gold to Plat selling artist. He went to jail figured out he needed to shake things up and his thug image was born. However, he still managed to sprinkle his original message into the whole mix.
