Everyone has accents.....Philly, NYC, BMore.

Not sure about Detroit, Milwaukee, Chicago and Cleveland. Like I guess there's an accent but never heard anyone explain if there's anything unique about how blacks sound in those cities.

California brehs have an accent. Houston and Dallas brehs, NOLA brehs, Florida brehs......mix up Scottish, Irish, English, French (Louisiana) and Czech (Texas) people speaking to west African people in English and you get some interesting shyt.
