I'ma say it, Nas clearly out rapped AZ on Life's A bytch

Yes, everyone talks about how amazing AZ's verse is, and yes, it's an all-time great verse. However, it's not even the best verse on the song. Nas' verse is arguable a perfect rap verse. AZ's flow was nuts, and what he said was great too, but Nas was on some whole other shyt.

I say Memory Lane's second verse and Nas' Life's a bytch verse are both perfect rap verses. They don't come around often.

Honestly I loved how dark and depressing AZ's verse was---it really contrasted well with Nas' optimism.

Yeah fam..for years people thought and some still do think AZ had the best verse. Its the energy he opened the song with and the flow.

For me it wasnt until i kept listening to the song as i got older i really really realized how ill nas verse is.
