That being said, I've been consistently weight training since 2010 and I won't lie - it feels good when people notice it :blessed:

That being said, I want to lose weight, but I'm undisciplined when it comes to food and cardio

I love my white cards and hate to run :francis:

I just find most types of cardio boring as hell ... I need to find a type of cardio that I don't have to think about it (i.e. when I'm on the treadmill, all I can think about is being on the treadmill, but if I'm playing basketball (even though I'm terrible), I'm not thinking about cardio - I'm thinking about making a play) :ld:

My goal this spring is to try and lose 10lbs with cardio. I'm a sprinter though... hate that distance shyt. I'm going to have to suck it up and do it regardless. Goal is 3 miles under 24. That and some HIIT sprinkled in.

Look man cardio helps with the stroke game......any cat skipping out on cardio ain't really hanging in there long enough to make women cum.....at least not without completely running out of breathe...

Thats young breh. I'm 38 ran a half marathon in 2:08 in December. Before that I was in the gym at least 3 days a week, did I go hard like I used to, no. But you don't have to if you've been working out since your twenties.

I avoid lifting heavy, whats the point at my age.
I focus on compound lifts and body weight exercises.: squats, deadlifts, military press, bench press, pull ups, push ups and some abs. I Switch up reps and sets every 6 to 8 weeks ( depending on what time of year it is, LOL). I do mostly HIT cardio with a 10 k run on weekends. I do admit I need to stretch more so I'll probably look into a yoga class sometime soon.

The older you get the less time you have to fukk around in the gym. My basic goal is to stay fit, and look good in my clothes. Turning these young broads heads is just a plus
