That being said, I've been consistently weight training since 2010 and I won't lie - it feels good when people notice it
That being said, I want to lose weight, but I'm undisciplined when it comes to food and cardio
I love my white cards and hate to run
I just find most types of cardio boring as hell ... I need to find a type of cardio that I don't have to think about it (i.e. when I'm on the treadmill, all I can think about is being on the treadmill, but if I'm playing basketball (even though I'm terrible), I'm not thinking about cardio - I'm thinking about making a play)

Look man cardio helps with the stroke game......any cat skipping out on cardio ain't really hanging in there long enough to make women cum.....at least not without completely running out of breathe...I feel the same way about cardio.
My goal this spring is to try and lose 10lbs with cardio. I'm a sprinter though... hate that distance shyt. I'm going to have to suck it up and do it regardless. Goal is 3 miles under 24. That and some HIIT sprinkled in.
