I'm 6'1 240.. i'm in my 30's... I can't lose the weight like I use to. I want to get back down to about 180 then come off it and go back to living a vegan lifestyle.

So.. I'm trying to lose 60 lbs by Jan/Feb. I'm going to start out clean first and do it the right way, but come September/October

Na, I was like you. Looking for an easy way out to lose and get gains. Put in the fukking work man, it's worth it and better. Look in a muthafukkas eyes...I earned this.

Why would you use HGH/steroids... if you are trying to lose weight :dwillhuh:

Why dont we start with your diet... how do you eat on a regular day


cheerios for breakfast
ramen noodles twice a day
spinach
smoothie


I've been doing that for the past week. With work and school my sleeping and eating patterns have been ass. I use to be a vegan but for the past 2 years I haven't worked out and ate like I was 19 and not a care in the world.

I want to take steriods to increase my work out intensity/get me over the hump. Building muscle will help burn fat.

I don't eat meat no more and that's where I was getting most of it. I got some protein powers I could use. The only thing I really want to eat is

peas
spinach
broccoli
fruit
nuts
1 gallon of water a day minimum
protein smoothies

And that about it. I don't even want to fukk with salad and be tempted to use that dressing. I'm gearing towards going back to being a raw vegan.

I'm not trying to get big. my goals are

180 lbs

8% body fat or less.


If I can accomplish those two things, the rest will take care of itself. I don't want to be like a lot of people that get fat and stay fat going through their 30's and 40's. I use to clown people like that, yet I see myself falling in that same hole.:ohlawd:

fix your diet first and foremost, pick a routine you'll actually be able to stick w, and lower your expectations majorly.

if you're 6'1" 240# in your 30s you're not touching 8% for a while.

to OP workout for a few months before you make a decision if ur serious

I mean I could've swore I said that in the beginning.

Right now I started taking

Mega Men Sport Multi Vitamin (for some reason it makes my piss turn lime yellow, i'm thinking too much vitamin b)

Cellucor Super HD
L-Carnitine 500

And some generic GNC protein powder.

because of my work/school schedule trying to get in a good workout is the challenge. I hate running so I'm gonna cop a stationary bike. I want to burn as much fat has humanly possible while gaining a little muscle in the process. I'm gonna work out 5 times a week with 3 of the five workouts being as intense as possible. I just hope I don't kill myself in the process.
