At best, if Sasha isn't there, ok have Bianca face Carmella in a semi-squash match. 3 mins or less.

Then after the match, crowd is semi-happy and then Bianca is walking towards ropes to get out and Becky's music hits. Crowd is going nuts, have Becky slowly walk to ring, get in, soak up cheers, then stand in front of Bianca, tap the belt and say to bianca "1 day soon.... this is going to be mine again!" Have Bianca nod & smile confidently and reply, then hit Becky's music & have her leave.

She's still over, Bianca is still over, nobody takes an L.

Wrestling hasn't bothered me this much in a long time. Even Kofis squash didn't bother me this much. :mjcry::francis:

Cause it makes zero sense all around, even if I somehow understand they wanted to create a buzz and get people talking. Just plain dumb though.

Bianca was a great babyface, there was literally nothing wrong with her. Decent-great mic skills, great wrestling skills, great gimmick, etc. She has been winning matches consistently, and the crowd was on her side. Then Becky just comes out of nowhere and squash her in 20 seconds? Dumbass storytelling, and trying to make Becky like she is Brock Lesnar.

I can understand if Bianca was on a losing streak, Becky came out and beat her in that same amount of time, then Bianca turns heel after.
or if they had a actual match and Becky surprised her with a win.

Only thing that would make this right is Bianca squashing Becky :unimpressed:

It was the deliberate way it looked just like kofi’s run. ..

Built up as this historic moment of significance which it very much was (Kofi first black WWE lineage world champion ) (two black women in a main event world title scenario)

and both moments were ended carelessly

you can beat anyone, anytime.

The HOW is important.

you could’ve done that same ending. .. since you do need to deliver something big now that you’ve used the ol “card subject to change” trick on us at the last minute

You’ve gotta go big in that moment.

Cool.

still have Becky catch her with something after a relatively short match since Bianca was technically “training for a different style of opponent” and as a babyface of course she had to accept the impromptu challenge.

And she gets caught slipping by the wily vet.

26 seconds was wrong IMO that’s the issue. babyfaces have a VERY small amount of being made to look silly before they lose the crowd.

You can make a star with a no offense oh shyt finish like that, you don’t end a run that way.

I guess they’ve got us all talking by the nature of how they did it but there were ways to do it and both come out strong.

I think it was done more with the idea that Becky is a bigger star/name and they wanted to put her over strong on her comeback(she’s probably somewhat limited at the minute as well, hence the non-match).

With that being said, y’all gone learn about believing pandering from these white companies that are still run by the same people they’ve always been run by, WWE doesn’t give a shyt about some historic black womens main event, that was just for good press and to maybe pop some ratings.

As I said in the other thread about this, at some point we need to point fingers at Lynch for going along with it and agreeing to the finish. She's someone with rank who could have worked with the producer of the match to come up with something that doesn't make Belair look bad. We've seen it all the time where wrestlers don't want to job or they'll script their matches. She went from getting her shine stolen by Charlotte to becoming Charlotte.
