I'm planning a trip to US & A, which state has the baddest chicks in 2015?

It depends on what you're looking for, trip wise and woman wise. Money solves a lot of issues as far as access to caliber of fine women.
If you want the US tourist experience, then NYC or LA is your best bet. Lots to do and the possibility of running into fine females, even as a joe blow is good. If you like beaches and water.... Miami/South Beach. In these cities, you'll find different types of women on every corner.
If the tourist experience isn't mandatory, then that opens up more options as far as places to go, but there might be less to do, unless you're satisfied with clubbing/getting drunk for the entire time.
Black Women = Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Chicago (long money required. You don't want a Chi-Town rat)
White Women = Los Angeles, Phoenix/Arizona, NYC.
Latinas/Hispanic = Basically anywhere in Florida, NYC or South Texas and Southern California
Asian - California(don't matter)
Middle Eastern/Arabic - Detroit/Michigan
