5 eps in and this show is borderline terrible.

Just get through the first season, the show starts to get good at the end of Season 1.

This is a show that gets better & better as each season goes on. I don't think I've ever watched another TV Show with this many seasons do that for the ENTIRE SERIES. In fact, I think this show is sorta slept on because the best seasons are the later seasons. They really build off the storylines from the earlier seasons.

disc 3 to be exact. they just got a black guy on the team

there's 7 seasons :damn:

need to know if it gets good because its getting boring and repetitive.

i got season 1 game of thrones next on deck

no spoilers please
depends, if you are a cac stick with it, you will feel empowered. At the the time I was just following the storyline with the strike team to notice what the main theme of the show was really about. :mjpls: that tavon storyline and how it ended put it in to context:scust::camby:

Im on season 2 also, almost done with it. I think its a good show, def gonna stick with it but not all time great status like The Wire or BB....Vic just doing too much to get in and out of the situations he's in for my liking. Altough its entertaining to watch. The acting's also not as good as on other top shows esp from the gay dude and his partner
:russ: micheal jace had to be the most unconvincing gay ever his storyline was so forced. Its like Shawn Ryan was obligated to put that in because every show was doing it at the time. And why not kill 2 birds in the diversity category by making the black guy a gay too :beli: joke was on him though so much so he dropped the storyline eventually

I always  when some people say it's a top tier show like The Wire or The Sopranos

They (the cops) actually kidnap an NBA player in one of the first episodes, I kid you not :mjlol:

:mjlol: @Emperor_ReinScarf I forgot to bring this up when I finished the series. They ended the series without acknowledging his homosexuality or his marriage to that single mother.

:comeon: While I agree this show isn't as good "The Wire", I don't see a problem with saying this show is as good as "The Sopranos" or "Breaking Bad".
