if they not willing to take you to court they essentially need your cooperation. even to dock your pay they need a court order sent to your employer.
They not doing all that over $1.75. They have to pay your employer $15 as compensation just to fill out the inquiry paperwork. You just take a tiny hit to your credit score. which you can easily override by paying off other larger debts timely.

Parking violations on the other hand… if you don’t pay your parking ticket, they will suspend your registration.

Do you have toll workers and is that 1 way? If you live in some east or north bay cities you have to do 2 tolls ($14) and we dont got any workers

Example: I have to pay Vallejo bridge and San Francisco (bay bridge) bridge which equals $14.
