If I didn't overtrain, ate and slept properly, and not "feeling it" for the day, I still work out. Doing something is better than nothing:yeshrug:

the solution to that is RUN 2 Miles on the treadmill and i mean push it! you'll feel rejuvinated after that, you might not want to and feel lazy, but once you get going, trust me, you'll be ON THAT!

I'm all about doing no-cheat pull-ups.
If I'm having trouble doing 10 reps, I got major physical issues going on that day. :sadbron:

so before you could do several and you took one week off and now you cant do not even one ? ..nah somethings wrong maybe its an injury or your mind playing tricks on you :manny:

i'm not injured or sore....

i think i just have a long recovery period, i'm not really eating that much food either, maybe that could be it? :yeshrug:

also when i did back tha week prior that wuz tha first time i worked out in several months.... go figure..

Your nervous system needs to rest too not just your body, take a pre workout energy boost of some sort
