And I normally do several

that's strange

I just left after that cuz that wuz a bad way to start a work out

I'm assuming its fatigue? But last time I worked back almost a week ago

how do u know when ure "ready"?

I thought soreness wuz a good gauge, apparently not

I do this occassionally. I go to the gym, I'm feeling straight (this never happens when I'm feeling "good", but more like "good enough"), then I start to do one exercise (bench press, running on a treadmill, a pullup or a pushup, anything), and I just feel like I don't have the energy for it. I'm not sore or anything, I'm just not "feeling it" so to speak, so I'll just leave like you did. I figure my body's sending me a message.

Of course, if there is a such thing as "overtraining" then I definitely do that.

Norfeast groovin…
Speaking of pullups, for awhile I was beastin with them then I took a break for no reason other than laziness then when I tried to get back on it I'd feel a tight pinch in my right bicep when I do wide grip or close grip pullups. I can still do chinups fine, I solved the pullup issue by transferring more to the left but I don't wanna fukk my proportions up.

Am I just not stretching enough? :ld:
