Unfortunately we Blacks no longer love ourselves. I would guess it's especially hard for young dark-skinned Black women. You watch tv and the vast majority of Black do not see someone of a darker shade in places of prominence. Black media heavily promotes skin lightening creams and hair relaxers. Both men and women share the blame for this. Black men have a tendency to chase after mixed women and Latinas because they are seen as more feminine. You have posters calling her a man and a prize fighter. She would not be called that if she were a few shades lighter and had 'good' hair. But on that same token women shame each other amongst them selves, chances are your mama/grandma put relaxer in your hair or burned up your scalp with a hot iron so your hair would be easier to manage. She probably made comments on how beautiful that light-skinned girl with the curly hair is. I mean this is not stuff that's said in public, but this colorism is a monster we both created and it will take both sides to embrace Black beauty in all shades for the next 2 or 3 generations for it to end.

She wouldn't be called a prize fighter if she didn't look lIke one.
Acting like either of those photos are flattering for the sake of blaming the black boogeyman for the fact she hates herself.
It's called self esteem for a reason.

her self loathing is her own cross to carry....
you could blame alot of factors but at the end
of the day if you cant look in the mirror and
acknowledge two *concrete solid* things about
yourself (sex/race) then you have deeper issues.
it's 2015....alot of sistas are rockin natural hair
and embracing their african roots with pride.
I bet my left testical she has more of a issue
with her being black than black men do....

Is she telling Blacks or the Hondurans, Guatamalans and Blackfoot Indians she needs to go live with and leave us alone?

Which women are passed off as attractive "black" girls onto black women in this generation...exotic/mixed girls. And then y'all the same ones asking yourselves why they do it. What's going to get guys/especially black guys to notice? Saying your black or costa rican/german/aa ? Honest answers. ...
Shut up.

Black men like black women.

Exactly my point, that blood from those non black ancestors is like 1/84th but they'll claim it like its 50% in their blood.
Ehh it does exist though. My great grandmother on my dads side was Creek Indian from Birmingham. That would make me 1/8th... Obviously I'd never claim Native American or even bring it up outside of something like this thread topic though. It's sad when people where that shyt with pride, but won't investigate where their black ancestors are from.

Show me some attractive black women who aren't getting appreciated for their black features by black men...shyt is a joke and I've never in my entire life seen a sexy dark complected women starved for any type of attention.

The chick in the op isn't attractive in any skin complexion or hair style but somehow she's "exotic" and this is black men's fault?

Why claim all that shyt if your appearance doesn't reflect it? :dahell:

Black people come from all those places you listed. So by doing that she'd prove that not only is she a c00n, but that she knows nothing about the places she's claiming :mjlol: dumb asses do attract each other tho
