There are demographic statistics which list the number of blacks in Central America. By all accounts the number is quite low, particularly in the likes of Honduras. The likelihood of two blacks from Honduras and Guatemala hooking up to produce a child like the OP is very low. This implies the OP girl is lying.

And thise numbers are false. Keep in mind the migration of Caribbean workers and Garifuna to Central America and the "me no black papi" mentality prevalent among Afro Latinos

Whatever the girl in the OP's actual background, her possible ducktales don't disprove the presence black population in Honduras and Guatemala.

I know them. There's a community of them in NYC. My ex is one. A former co-worker of mine is one. In terms of appearance, they look as "black", if not blacker, than your typical AA. That's all breh. I frankly don't care about the OP's background, but black Central Americans do exist and that's all I wanted to post about to clarify for those who don't know.

It's more than just an issue....it is entrenched even in organization that is supposedly fighting for and in support of black rights. It is a cancer, in which black women get a big brunt of it. Check what some black male posters are saying about black women in general, in favour of a white woman in black face. Read the stuff going on in the black Panther party, read on the history of the foundation of hbcu. Read about the black populations and the many race classifications throughout south america, apartheid south africa, Louisiana creoles, etc... Colorism has gone way past a simple issue amongs blacks, it fuels self destructive behaviour. We talk about white racism, let's also talk about internal racism towards one another when whites are not around.
Yeah, but the roots of all of that, is in White colonialism.

She resembles my quadroon cousin -- esp'ly about the moustache area. Probably prettier in person...

I'm not guessing in the slightest (this is what you said on my rep). Quadroons look nothing like this woman, unless you think quadroons look like dark skin black people which they don't. Go look up quadroons and tell me what you find. The absurdity of your statement just means you don't know what you're talking about.

And what proof of said people do you have in Honduras and Guatemala? Not much so I digress. It's not like you have any actual data or anything, which is what I have. Are there some black people in Honduras? Sure, but my point is that they are so few that the likelihood of the girl lying is high. She's probably just AA, which is what most of these girls are. And her mom isn't half Native either, most likely. There are a bunch of AA females who say they are part Native.
