He was getting cheered too much over Cena and they thought this was gonna flip it up. Wrong. They turned on Cena and Michaels so hard at Taboo Tuesday 04..it was hilarious. Then they cheered Angle over Cena again at Survivor Series a few weeks later.

The point of that promo was that he could say anything and still get cheered. He also said he'd make Jesus tap out in that same promo. They were trying so hard to make him a heel at that point of his run that they stuck Daivari with him after the Muhammad Hassan thing. King Kurt was still getting the loudest cheers on the roster too
