Its certain streets in the East you don't walk at night, E. 27th in the murders is one of them. That whole stretch between Ed's Liquor and where the Everett & Jones used to be on Fruitvale is all bad at night.

Guys I got up for the first time today. I've spent my time mostly in pain watching baseball and first take reruns. This reminds me of my teenage years where it's either tv or slow internet in the 90s smh. But I appreciate y'all supporting me. shyt has been a nightmare but at least I'm alive. I'm on an iPad so it's harder to type. But holding your knee hoping you'll see your son again, realizing nothing matters but your life, that your blood and bones are on the ground, people screaming for help, the pain, knowing it might be the end, saying a final prayer, surviving, then realizing your knee is gone, it's life altering

A lot of people came out and were angry, there was a sense of "why" they couldn't understand. They did all they could. Cops came first and then medics. They all did their best. The cops were upset they know me because of where I work. They couldn't beleve it was me. They vowed to get who did it . But I was largely unconscious and too drugged up to muster any speech

hold ya head breh, i feel you. i know a friend who got shot in the head, he survived too but he was never the same after that.
his whole perosnality changed and he became a different guy than the one i knew since childhood. even the look in his eyes was different.

Broski why were you out there like that late nights though? Part of not being in a bad situation is not putting yourself in a bad situation (that's what they teach you in the military). I read the thread and realise you were doing good work out there but be careful. Either way lucky to be alive.

I was literally 10 mins early for work and around the corner from my Job as a veteran I was aware of their presence but I was almost to work I've never been robbed but percentages came into play

If you gotta expose yourself every night in the East there's a real risk and you definitely gotta be prepared for the worst. I was in the same situation a couple years ago, luckily I didn't get shot. Ironically it happened after I moved out and in reality I wasn't expecting it to happen at that point because I felt comfortable... When you get too comfortable with any type of risky environment you stop second-guessing if your choices are careful enough. Not saying that's what happened in bruh case but either way you gotta make adjustments to the circumstances that put you in harm's way in the first place (moving without protection, moving in risky areas at all, being around people who are at risk themselves, etc).

I was in my way to work which is literally around the corner from where I was shot. They took my xbox one and my music laptop as I work with kids I use them at work for fun. When the bullet hit my leg my body went numb. They shot me when i was on the. Ground defenses. I'm sorry brehs no new album or anything until j get this resolved I literally had 6 albums ready, fukk
