I'm prolly showing my age but that wasn't Laffy that took off his belt, that was his homie Dog Man! Dog Man was fighting a dude from a rival gang and got shot by a little kid wearing sunglasses who was part of the rival gang! The kid who played Dog Man was in a 90's R&B group called Subway. Yeah, I'm old
