Exactly...I been in this industry 20 plus years. Never seen anything like this. He could have at the LEAST asked me not to attempt to cash it cause the LAW states that you CANNOT post date payroll checks or if you do they CAN be cashed. He is acting like I'm at fault here.No point and going at this lame ass dude. If you were to put your hands on him it would be workplace violence. Best thing is to just hold off and make sure you get paid Monday. Then find another job and leave the place. If it happened once it can happen again. Nothing like not getting paid when you are supposed to.
