how do yall nikkas be functioning at that little ass weight, i cant imaging being like 150 or 140, shyt im 205 and wear a damn m size

another 50+ lbs and id be shopping in the childrens section

I wear a size small FITTED @ 185lbs.

Im too lazy to find it but look up water + sodium manipulation for making weight. I remember reading something like people losing 6lb in a day by basically dehydrating themselves the day of weigh in, and then rehydrating immediately after. That's what most people do for powerlifting comps etc.

and one of the best things you can do (arguably the best) to lose fat and build muscle is short sprints and only sprints
