i remember when i first read the comic and yugi's killing people whenever he transformed into his ancient egyptian self and i'm like what the fukk is going on man

Really wish we could've had more of that. The card game is cool, but the original concept is so unique I'd like to see someone make something similar. Supernatural force posses someone, and they use logic, skill, and luck based games to punish people. You can tell so many stories with that.

Hellraiser is the closest I've found that has that tone and similar motifs. I fukking love the first two movies. Had to have been an influence. So much unrealized potential
