First the 10 nuggets for a dollar and now this shyt. I changed my nutrition game not that long ago so I don't indulge in fast food nor the greasy food but most people I know do. Most people eat whatever they can afford these days. This is why America has an obesity problem

They have to keep people coming somehow. Everybody knows it's poison so they've lost alot of business. But yeah people out here still eating death even if they avoid fast food. Go to Walmart and see carts loaded with coca cola, Sprite, white bread, pork,processed meats, processed snack foods, fake fruit juice, dairy milk, cheap cheese etc.. very rarely do you see carts full of fresh produce and healthy food choices at a Walmart .

Now if you're lucky to have a real produce store in your area you'll see more people being health conscious

These fast food companies buy alot of product by the millions and the have to move it within days, sometimes hours, that's why you see these deals on trash foods.

I be tripping when I see people still buying soda and potato chips....especially for their kid. It certainly is death along with all the processed shyt. I wonder if people just don't know better or don't care.


The one thing I do know is that if you go to a hospital pharmacy you'll see more people than ever. I never thought I'd be the whole foods fresh produce type of person but once you look around you and see people are becoming more sick and out of shape you have to ask yourself why.

This that shyt I'm talking about. Large sweet tea and large fries for $2 total. That hospital bill be expensive af tho. Teach your kids this isn't the way brehs.

While whole foods aint cheap overall, they produce is reasonable as fukk....especially the fresh veggies

But tbh you have to be taught to eat correctly. ..it isnt some innate property we have that we dismiss ....my lady had to straight up demonstrate how to make several types of kale salads that were flavorful as fukk while healthy as hell....none of that ranch or typical dressing bs....jus oranges....Orange champagne vinegar..balsamic glaze olives hummus...tabouli (sp) etc....i didnt kno shyt about that kinda stuff. Salads went from something I eat begrudgingly to do the" right thing " to something I look forward to...jus one example of many
