Or at least try to. I've only been to the gym once in my life. I usually work out at home and I manage to slim down but always get lazy and put the weight back on. (Im 6'1 and the Lowest weight I've been as an adult is 190 I'm probably 215-220 right now)
I look flabby n sick having to suck in my stomach so no one notices the gut.

I refuse to go out like larry. So I'm signing up at the local YMCA in my area.

Any tips or anything I need to know about gym life.

I know some people skip days but my plan is to go 5 days straight after work every morning and take my days off from the gym and work at the same time. Is this a good idea?

I'm officially starting on Saturday so ima post pics of how :flabbynsick: I am and the progress ima make. Help a Breh out on his journey

Do you have a workout and nutrition plan?

Nah. I did when I was at my peak of 190.
It was pretty bootleg. Ate a bunch of pears when I got hungry instead of junk food.
push ups sit ups bicep curls tricep dips jumping rope. Standard shyt.

I know it isn't good to do the same exercise everyday right?

I would definetly sit down and determine a plan on both fronts. Not doing so is going to lead to a a lot of wheel spinning and potential discouragement. No disrespect to other people that have posts here but there are enough threads on here where people are ready to get going and its tumble weeds weeks later.

Nutrition wise I always default "beginners" here courtesy of @MMSex

Workout wise you have to decide what you are willing to do. If you are really committed to lifting then I would start here courtesy of @Originalgangsta317

I felt like shytty but I didn't stop I just decreased the weights and banged the shyt out

But I realize it's not going to be as easy as I thought
