Blacks need to be in the police force or else racist cacs and Hispanics will take it over completely I was considering applying to the FBI after I graduate just so I can try to make a difference.

It's simple, all you have to do is make the police accountable for the laws they have sworn to uphold and not to be protected by the law. The police are officers of the law not above it. Now obviously I'm not so naive as to think it will fix everything, but it would be a great start.
