There was a study done that showed participants who ate in a deficit of less than 200 calories maintained more muscle. *if I remember correctly* , I'm pretty sure it's was like 200- 250.

So if you do.... don't do it too quick and eat 1+ gram of protein per lbs of body weight...

I dunno, muscle weighs more than fat so u might be alright as long as ur body isn't flabby

i think that is a myth. muscle doesn't really weight that much more
muscle does not weigh more than fat. it’s more DENSE

175 is actually light. but if you’re flabby you should start lifting weights or doing calisthenics (after research)

A fleeting childhood
I’m almost your height and like 15 Pounds heavier. Really comes down to body composition. If you not in the best shape of your life then you got room to grow. I’m very top heavy combined with small calf muscles. Ive been told that I look around 165 though :manny:
