I'm a slim dude with very little muscle definition but I'm not sloppy and I've never been in the gym a day in my life and I'm about to be 29 :to:
Give a pretty boy some tips on how to put on 10-15lbs of muscle

Eat healthy, eat more calories than your body actually needs, workout (don't overdo it on cardio/if at all), & most importantly :win:

Consider that a benefit; you're ripe for newbie gains. Pick a time-tested beginner routine and dial in a proper diet.

You need to eat.... ALOT.... lots of protein and protein shakes.... Veggies, nuts, fruits, good fats...

Have fun... Bulking is the easiest part... Cutting to get ripped on the other hand is :sadbron:

bulking is not easy, at all :rudy: cutting is simple really(IE see gaining 2-3lbs at most of muscle per month vs losing 10lbs of fat per month) cutting only hard when you trying to do single digits imo, my shyt basically on cruise control

in fact eating a ton, isnt a good look at all either(see my 70lb weight gain :snoop:)

not trying to scare people away from eating, but formally lift first before you make assumptions on somatotypes(they aint very accurate anyways)

Ok. What should I CUT out of my diet? I'm your typical fast food, pork, sugar, soda, candy, fried food etc eater

cut out sugars, soda, sweets in general(if you have cravings, once small portion once a week, its easy for it to become habit and sweets have almost zero nutritional benefit most of the time)

the rest you dont have too, just make sure you get enough protein everyday(probably 160-180g, go high to be safe)

if you lifting properly and getting good sleep youll make gains, especially considering you have never lifted before
