You need to eat.... ALOT.... lots of protein and protein shakes.... Veggies, nuts, fruits, good fats...

cutting is simple really(IE see gaining 2-3lbs at most of muscle per month vs losing 10lbs of fat per month) cutting only hard when you trying to do single digits imo, my shyt basically on cruise control
in fact eating a ton, isnt a good look at all either(see my 70lb weight gain

not trying to scare people away from eating, but formally lift first before you make assumptions on somatotypes(they aint very accurate anyways)
