Unless CP3 becomes a huge pain in the ass, I see no reason why they don't just keep him until he's an expiring contract. CP3 + Adams + Gallinari + other parts isn't a good team but they shouldn't be horrible.

The deal always made sense from OKC's point of view because his contract ends 1 year before Russ'.

Reading this Athletic article, sounds like a lot of players that aren't worth max money dislike CP3.

"They advocate for the interests of max players and super max players, basically the CBA has helped the whole banana boat crew from back in the day. It's taken from the midlevel."

Heard about being a snake so idk why I'm shocked people apparently laughed at him getting traded to OKC.
