I thought Grant woulda been part of the rebuild with his age and talent. He was prolly the 3rd best player for them last season. Damn shame what it’s come to @DoubleJ13 @Loose :francis:

He's pretty much an expiring (has a player option that he shouldn't take) making $9m. He'll be trying to get paid next summer.

Presti ain't going to fukk around on this tear down. Adams might be the only guy that sticks (that they actually want to keep) besides Schroder, who I'm sure they want to move but only way they moving him is adding picks or taking worse deals. I'm still waiting on them to trade Robes to the Cavs for JR Smith with that deal they can waive to clear money.

Jimmy Butler clearly left Philly in favor of Miami to get his rocks off and be the undisputed MAN of a team. I'm sure Riley sold him on getting another star around him going forward, but is Jimmy fine with bringing in a guy like Russ right now before he even got a season in with the new team/organization?

:jbhmm:

From a competitive standpoint, they are fierce, I just have to wonder if Jimmy wants to play with a ball dominant player after leaving Philly's situation.

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
I wouldn’t be surprised in the long run if the warriors still continue to make noise in the west.

They were smart to get Russell via sign and trade rather than just lose an asset

They may not get an all star in return for him when they eventually trade him but if you can add one or two more good role players around curry klay and green they’ll be as good as anybody
