Why would he even want a 1 year deal? Go for 5. Could easily get injured and say bye to all that money. One thing's for sure, he's not coming here long term.

Cause maybe he don't wanna be locked in to one team for the next half decade of his life, which will take him through the rest of his prime and even past it. Bron been doin this shyt for the better part of 10 fukkin years signing 1+1's and taking advantage of the salary cap spikes to cash in and remain competitive on different teams and y'all never complained... now Kawhi's probably gonna do that and y'all got problems???? Man is basically the best player on earth in his prime right now, let him do what he wants :what:

So sign an injury prone Kyrie or Kevin Durant who won’t even be playing all of next season instead of shooting our shot at the best player in the league?

I swear some of y’all post shyt just to post.

This not a big man's league anymore, captain.

Y'all shytty ass organization didn't learn from Dwight's bytch ass?

Regarding injuries, big men injuries tend to reoccur more.

shytttt....Kryie + injured KD vs AD??

Easy decision.

But at least LeBron had a connection to Cleveland. Other than this year there’s no connection between Kawhi and Toronto. No reason for him to roll the dice with a short term deal if he’s not interested in signing long term.

If I’m Kawhi, do 1 + 1 with the Raptors.

Sign with the Lakers next summer if the Raptors don’t repeat. Tell the Lakers I’m in.....but trade LeBron to flesh out the rest of the roster.

He gets everything he wants then.

Let's just do the sign and trade for Bron now, what pieces do you have to get Bron back home? :lolbron:

It’s a lot of em in here. Rooting for bum franchises can do that to you. Hate to see it.
Facts breh. So many miserable people on here. I'm a fukking Kings fan and I ain't as miserable as folks on here who support winning teams. I damn sure don't wanna see Kawhk go to LA but at the end of the day it's just basketball. This shyt won't have an affect on my life. I'm not gonna get on here and complain about how I don't wanna see Kawhi in LA or make fun of Lakers fans if he signs elsewhere. shyt ain't that serious.
