Basically you resign theiss and you have one more roster spot with a minimum salary assuming tremont and tacko are two way guys

When Kawhi signs a contract he will officially end 2 of these 3 teams(Lakers/Raptors/Clippers) season before it starts. All the rotation solid players are signing elsewhere while 3 teams stay waiting.

Thers's plenty of players still left



Especially for a team like the Lakers who have two stars or the clippers that didn't really lose anybody from a team that took GS to 6 games
