Last time I did a 1rm was 185 a year ago :manny: it's prolly 205 now

You should be proud, compare yourself to what you were yesterday and constantly strive for improvement

Im a weak ass dude brehs. I didnt have a spot it was just me. at cats putting up 225 like 7,8,9 times.

last thing you are is weak bruh. 225 is a lot of weight. i used to work out with a dude who put up 300+ on the bench then we'd have to take all that off so i could hit my 205 but never felt weak cuz there are a lot of people who cant do that. just keep lifting on your own pace

It always makes you feel bad when you compare yourself to other gym goers putting up weight. I sometimes get caught up doin that, just gotta remind myself everybody has their own starting position (cause of genes, lifestyles, etc.) and goals.

Compare yourself to others for motivation of what is possible. Compare yourself to yourself for progress.

My bench is :flabbynsick: status brehs but my squats and deadlifts are solid, I'm adding weight slowly each session so eventually I'll be :win:
