For a group of people who want issues that touch them directly, like a desire for the acknowledgement of racial problems from politicians and leaders, you have no idea that Bernie Sanders would not fundamentally support proposals or policies that benefit blacks in America.

Outright Sanders would say that economic problems are the issue and fundamentally re shifting our economic agenda would solve the problems that plague the Black community. Sanders wouldn't be able to acknowledge that (1) liberals built an incorporate society, which naturally put blacks separate from whites as well as on the bottom of the social ladder and then (2) created a welfare system for that sectioned underclass, supporting the idea from racist minds that blacks are leeches, while also making sure their white children, who we'd be educated next to, would remain another privileged generation.

Race and Blacks in America isn't a chicken and an egg scenario; the color of our skin will most likely set us on a road, determining a future for us with whatever economic/political system we're in.
