This isnt terribly difficult to put together here. We all get caught up in our feelings, whatever they may be at the time, and often we need an outside perspective. Im sure T.I came at snoop on some grown up sht, and probably stressed the importance of mutual self interest.
For T.I his interest is obvious: Iggy is his investment, and business is booming. Snoop is jeopardizing that, and trying to fukk his money up and he cant have that.
For Snoop's self-interest, and I said this earlier, engaging in an extended bitter war of words with a young, white female would not have ended well for Snoop. Especially considering Snoop has established an 'Uncle Snoop' brand of being a kind, wise, jolly hip hop veteran that is still somewhat relevant to the younger crowd of all genders and colors. Snoop was threatening to come across as a bully and a punk, which could have easily fukked his own money up, and future business arraignments if things went too far. Snoop was able to give his "apology", and redeem himself as sensible, nice person.
Plus, Snoop got his sht off his chest. You can tell Iggy's interloping status into hip hop, and her cultural appropriation of "black" speech really bothers him (who can blame him), and he had to speak his piece. He did, and therefore the "beef" needed a curtain call. Basically T.I just appealed to Snoop's sense of reason.
Back to slandering Snoop.
