1. With the hype beast example, if it’s nikkas buying all the shoes at 200$ retail and reselling them for $2000, then that’s their game.. RESELLING, HYPED UP SHOES and it’s not fukked up.. it’s working... for them.

Now if they can only sell the shoe for a 10% markup, then the game fukked up, time to get a new hustle. But if they can sell for 10x, then the game they running is working optimally. The consumer loses but again it ain’t designed for the consumer.
2. if there ain’t a middle man, and yeezy brand sell a shoe for 2,000$.. again they working the game because they were able to use marketing and brand recognition to create fanatics who will purchase the product at whatever cost. I don’t know the fee structure they charge the models but even if you charged a fraction (5% per transaction, 2$ per subscriber) you making bank.
