You apply to have them forgiven. Under a certain amount they pretty mich forgive it automatically. They haven't even started to collect unless the paperwork doesn't line up with your tax information.

Yes as long as you were in business before February 2020. But 80% of the funds have been allocated and there is deadline so I would hurry if I were you.

But even if you miss this round I would apply anyway in case another round comes along which it probably will.
